Vision
The plan considers future AV资源needs and aims to enhance the college’s physical environments to support learning, community, and partnerships while responding to the context of the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Objectives
In support of the Campus Plan vision, a series of six objectives were developed. These objectives served as the "backbones" of the plan while the concepts for the campuses emerged.
Campus Indigenization
VCC鈥檚 physical campuses will recognize, support, and celebrate past and present Indigenous learners. AV资源will engage with Indigenous peoples and communities in meaningful ways, and advance recommendations in learning, campus planning, support services, and reconciliation.
Accessibility
AV资源is a leader in the provision of programs for people of all abilities and backgrounds. AV资源will strive for community members to continue to feel welcomed, safe, and engaged, 24/7. VCC鈥檚 diverse community will support an attitude that welcomes everyone and encourages community members to express their cultural identities and lived experiences.
Wellbeing
Through thoughtfully designed spaces supported by cutting edge technology, AV资源will support a wholistic approach to wellbeing for its students, employees, and surrounding communities.
Sustainability
AV资源seeks to be a leader in environmental stewardship and, in doing so, provide ethical and forward-thinking learning opportunities for its students. This will be achieved by embracing innovations in energy generation, greenhouse gas reductions, water conservation, food production, waste reduction, social wellbeing, and cultural awareness.
Collaborative Opportunities
As geographic and symbolic doorways to their respective neighbourhoods, VCC鈥檚 campuses will serve as visible and tangible centres for collaboration. AV资源will prioritize inclusiveness and community by building and maintaining learning-centered relationships both internally among its departments and externally with its diverse community.
Strategic Partnerships
AV资源is committed to exploring a wide range of potential strategic partnerships to leverage prevailing land and building assets for the future in the most effective way possible. These strategic partnerships include working with employers, other academic institutions around sectoral collaboration, and with others to explore opportunities to creatively develop land and new buildings.
